Little Acorns Pre-School

Little Acorns Pre-School is privately owned and opened in May 2000, now operating from the Community Room in the Globe Primary Academy School, Lancing, West Sussex. Little Acorns was formerly run at West Lane Youth Centre for 8 years.

 

The Pre-School has its own secure outdoor play areas and access to the School field.  Swimming lessons are offered in The Globe’s swimming pool on a Monday morning.

 

The group is registered on the Early Years Register.  There are currently 32 children on roll in the early years age range, and is in receipt of funding for the provision of free early education for children aged two, three and four years.

 

Children are welcomed from a wide catchment area.  Little Acorns supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and also supports children who learn English as an additional language.  The group employs 5 Staff and the Owner/Manager.

 

The setting has links with the local schools.

 

Sessions are Monday – Friday 9-12, 12-3, 9-3, Term Time only.

Fees per session:         3/4 years £18.00

                                          2 years £21.00

Snack fee per morning session: 50p

 

A packed lunch to be provided from home for children attending afternoon sessions.
